Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was received followed by a detailed e-mail with your shipping information including the final cost charged.

Payment

1.All payments for on-line orders are processed by Pay Pal on their secure server.

2.If you are a resident of Hong Kong,you can also choose to pay by the following methods:

Local delivery and overseas shipping:

Free Local Delivery:

For delivery addresses within Hong Kong SAR, free delivery will be provided for all orders of US$100 (or HK$780).A handling charge of US$6.5(or HK$50)will be charged for order amount less than US$100(or HK$780).

We use Local Courier services or DHL service as our delivery companies. Delivery service will be provided from 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Saturday. If no one is available to collect your order after two attempts, your order may be cancelled and a handling fee of US$6.5 (HK$50) will be charged.

Orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes and hotels.

Orders will be processed within 5 business days (subject to product availiability).

Overseas Shipping:

For delivery addresses outside Hong Kong SAR, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 working days (subject to item availability). For items not currently in stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Our deliveries are dispatched through HongKongPost for addresses outside Hong Kong. The rates are shown during the check-out process. We can only deliver to the address given at the time of the order. Any orders refused on delivery or orders returned to us due to incorrect address details will incur a redelivery/return fee.

Return Policy

All sales are final. If your product was damaged during delivery or is found to be defective, please contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt for products exchange instruction.

If you are outside Hong Kong, please email us at info@jianje.com.Please give full details of the problem and depending on the nature of the problem, we may either arrange for a replacement or give a refund. Products need to be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. Postage needs to be paid by you on any returns. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office.

Limitation of liability

For international orders, please ensure that ordering from Conscious Living Web does not contravene the customs laws of your country regarding the importation of nutritional supplements and herbs. Customs fees and/or impounding of an order (including any resultant expense, subsequent loss and/or return shipping) is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
